Joseph and Benjamin would like to thank and congratulate all those who entered the Ultimate Comic Strip Challenge 2017 and helped make it a success. The Big Lit Programme is an innovative programme which aims to inspire young children to take up literacy and creative writing, using various materials and platforms that suit individual skillset. There is much talent in the community, however, children need an opportunity to unleash their creative skills. This programme hopes to find exceptional writers through a range of exciting and creative competitions, whilst raising aspirations in young people.
Joseph and Benjamin would like to thank all those who entered the Mini Writers, Big Books Competition 2016. We had a phenomenal response and therefore took longer than anticipated to announce the winners. The standards were so high but we can only have three winners, the panel of Judges were impressed and thought the stories were lively and fun to read.
